Durch die neue Speicherfunktion bisheriger Suchanfragen kann der Buchungsprozess sogar auf 30 Sekunden verk\u00fcrzt werden.<\/h5>\n<p>(Frankfurt) Kunden profitieren zudem von einer \u00fcbersichtlichen Darstellung der Routingoptionen sowie weiteren praktischen Funktionen, beispielsweise die Anzeige relevanter Stationsinformationen. Die Integration von zus\u00e4tzlichen Services, wie einem CO2-Ausgleich, ist bereits in Planung.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Sendungsverfolgung \u201eeTracking\u201c wurde \u00fcberarbeitet und steht voraussichtlich ab Ende August zur Verf\u00fcgung: Mit einer neu gestalteten Bedienoberfl\u00e4che k\u00f6nnen Kunden den Weg ihrer Frachtsendung noch \u00fcbersichtlicher und einfacher verfolgen. Zudem sorgt die M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr proaktive Emailbenachrichtigungen entlang der Transportkette und bei Abweichungen vom urspr\u00fcnglichen Transportplan f\u00fcr mehr Transparenz.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue Onlineerlebnis entstand in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden der Frachtairline. Ihr Feedback wurde gezielt in die Optimierung der Buchungsschritte integriert \u2013 und bildet zugleich die Basis f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Weiterentwicklungen. \u201eUnser neuer Buchungsprozess erf\u00fcllt genau das, was unsere Kunden sich gew\u00fcnscht haben: weniger Klicks, eine klare \u00dcbersicht, k\u00fcrzere Abl\u00e4ufe und eine schnellere Kommunikation. Er macht Buchungen nicht nur einfacher, sondern deutlich effektiver.
