Der Neubau wird bis zu 26.000 Palettenstellpl\u00e4tze bieten. Als Generalunternehmer koordiniert Kardex Mlog zudem den Regalstahlbau, die Dach- und Wandverkleidung sowie die Lieferung von zwei Elektroh\u00e4ngebahnen. Der Spatenstich erfolgte am 23. Juni, die Abnahme ist f\u00fcr April 2027 geplant.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neuenstadt\/Baden bei Wien) Die N\u00d6M AG in Baden bei Wien bietet ein Produktspektrum mit rund 1.000 Artikeln und beliefert damit Kunden im gesamten europ\u00e4ischen Raum. Die Absatzschwerpunkte liegen im Osten \u00d6sterreichs und Norditalien. Mit dem derzeitigen Verladevolumen von durchschnittlich 2.200 Paletten pro Tag hat die Logistik ihre Leistungsgrenze erreicht. Mit dem Bau des neuen Versandlagers reagiert die N\u00d6M auf das dynamisch wachsende Bestellvolumen und die gestiegenen Anforderungen an Schnelligkeit und Pr\u00e4zision in der Lieferkette.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt umfasst den Neubau eines Logistikzentrums am Standort Baden mit einem vollautomatischen Versandlagers inklusive F\u00f6rdertechnik. F\u00fcr die Anbindung an den Warenausgang ist eine Elektroh\u00e4ngebahn vorgesehen. Gesteuert und organisiert wird die Anlage \u00fcber das Materialfluss- und Lagerverwaltungssystem SAP EWM. \u201eDurch den Neubau findet keine zus\u00e4tzliche Versiegelung statt, da wir eine bestehende Fl\u00e4che nutzen und durch die direkte Anbindung der neuen Lagerhalle sparen wir \u00fcber 10.000 LKW-Fahrten pro Jahr\u201c, unterstreicht Josef Simon, Vorstand f\u00fcr Produktion und Technik der N\u00d6M AG und federf\u00fchrend beim Neubau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eF\u00fcr Kardex Mlog sprachen vor allem die zahlreichen Referenzen mit vergleichbaren Aufgabenstellungen aus der Molkereibranche. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcberzeugte uns der partnerschaftliche Auftritt von Kardex Mlog und den Zulieferanten, die gro\u00dfes Interesse an diesem Projekt bewiesen haben\u201c, betont Christoph Posawetz, Logistikleiter der N\u00d6M AG.<\/p>\n<p>Die N\u00d6M AG ist eines der f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen in der \u00f6sterreichischen Milchwirtschaft. Mit mehr als 125 Jahren Erfahrung in der Milchverarbeitung produziert die N\u00d6M eine breite Palette von Milchprodukten, darunter Milch, Joghurt, Butter, Topfen, Drinks und vieles mehr. Das Unternehmen verarbeitet j\u00e4hrlich rund 450 Millionen Kilogramm Milch von \u00fcber 2.200 Bauern aus der Region und besch\u00e4ftigt in \u00d6sterreich rund 1.000 Mitarbeiter, die 2024 einen Umsatz von 685 Mio.
