Seit Kurzem \u00fcbernimmt ein fahrerloses Transportsystem (FTS) alle bodenebenen Palettentransporte des Healthcare-Bereichs im Distributionszentrum Harsewinkel. Das System kann um die 400 Paletten pro Tag zu ihrem jeweiligen Ziel bringen.<\/p>\n<p>(Harsewinkel, 24.01.2020) Am Standort Harsewinkel erbringt Arvato unter anderem Logistikdienstleistungen auf 31&#8217;000 m2 f\u00fcr Kunden aus der Pharma- und Medizintechnikindustrie. Um den steigenden internen Palettentransport zu entlasten, aber auch um dem Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel entgegen zu wirken, hat Arvato in sechs fahrerlose Transportfahrtzeuge investiert, die vom Spezialisten Jungheinrich entwickelt worden sind. Dies hilft auch, die bestehenden Mitarbeitenden zu entlasten, damit diese qualifizierteren T\u00e4tigkeiten nachgehen k\u00f6nnen.Die sechs Fahrzeuge, die nach bekannten Superhelden wie Hulk, Batman oder Superman benannt worden sind, fahren alle L\u00e4ger, den Wareneingang und Warenausgang sowie den Entsorgungsbereich zur Entleerung der M\u00fcllcontainer an.\u201eDurch die Schnittstellen zwischen dem FTS und der Lagerverwaltungssoftware sowie der F\u00f6rdertechnik, hat jede Palettenbewegung ein Statusupgrade integriert. So k\u00f6nnen wir in Echtzeit nachverfolgen, wo sich eine Palette gerade befindet\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Erich Berg, leitender Projektmanager bei Arvato.
