Shop Apotheke Europe, eine der f\u00fchrenden Online-Apotheken in Europa, hat SSI Sch\u00e4fer mit der Ausstattung ihres neuen Logistikzentrums im niederl\u00e4ndischen Sevenum beauftragt. Die hochautomatisierte L\u00f6sung kann das Versandvolumen auf mehr als 35 Millionen Pakete pro Jahr steigern. Das Investitionsvolumen liegt im mittleren zweistelligen Millionen-Bereich.<\/p>\n

(Neunkirchen\/Sevenum) Vom bestehenden Lager in Venlo aus beliefert SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE aktuell \u00fcber 5 Millionen aktive Kunden in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich, Frankreich, Belgien, Italien, den Niederlanden und der Schweiz. Das Sortiment umfasst mehr als 100.000 freiverk\u00e4ufliche und rezeptpflichtige Arzneimittel, Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel sowie Beauty- und Pflegeprodukte. Mit dem neuen Logistikzentrum sollen nun die Voraussetzungen daf\u00fcr geschaffen werden, die stetig wachsende Nachfrage bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen. \u201eUnsere Kunden erwartet eine noch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Produktauswahl bei gleichzeitig beschleunigter Medikamentenversorgung\u201c, sagt Theresa Holler, Chef-Apothekerin und COO bei Shop Apotheke Europe.<\/p>\n

Herausforderungen kooperativ gemeistert<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Im Zuge der Intralogistik-Projektierung hat SSI SCH\u00c4FER eng mit den Verantwortlichen der Online-Apotheke sowie Miebach Consulting zusammengearbeitet. Die Experten der Miebach Consulting begleiten SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE seit 2018 und waren bereits mit der Konzept-\/Detailplanung und Ausschreibung beauftragt und \u00fcberwachen nun auch die Implementierung.<\/p>\n

Ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Flexibilit\u00e4t, hinreichend Optionen f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Erweiterungen und eine auf den Bedarf abgestimmte Durchsatzleistung waren Vorgaben, die die neue Logistikanlage zu erf\u00fcllen hat. \u201eIm Sinne der Patientensicherheit ist f\u00fcr uns nat\u00fcrlich auch eine maximale Prozesssicherheit prim\u00e4r von Relevanz\u201c, erg\u00e4nzt Theresa Holler. Im Fokus stand ferner der Faktor Ergonomie. Dem wurde insbesondere bei der Ausgestaltung der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze im Wareneingang Rechnung getragen, wo angelieferte Waren in spezielle Beh\u00e4lter umzupacken sind.<\/p>\n

Hohe Leistungsdichte unter Dach und Fach<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Im automatischen Kleinteilelager (AKL) werden auf doppelttiefe Lagerung ausgelegte SSI Miniload 1-Mast-Ger\u00e4te und SSI Miniload 2-Mast-Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr die einfachtiefe Lagerung verfahren. Weiter einzubringen ist ein Shuttle-System SSI Cuby, das als Auftragspuffer fungiert. Shuttle-Fahrzeuge bedienen die Stellpl\u00e4tze und werden pro Gasse st\u00fcndlich 800 Doppelspiele absolvieren. Das hoch-performante Shuttle-System beansprucht vergleichsweise wenig Platz und ist bei Bedarf jederzeit flexibel erweiterbar. Modularit\u00e4t in Verbindung mit einer effizienten Raumnutzung sowie hoher St\u00fcckleistung kennzeichnet zudem die A-Frames. Die Kommissionier-Automaten erm\u00f6glichen eine schnelle Abwicklung von komplexen Auftr\u00e4gen, selbst bei Spitzenauslastung.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Put-to-Light-Arbeitsstationen sowie Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr das Single-Order-Sorting und das Zusammenstellen gro\u00dfvolumiger Auftr\u00e4ge eingerichtet. Der Liefer- und Leistungsumfang von SSI\u00a0Sch\u00e4fer umfasst ferner rund 10 km Karton- und Beh\u00e4lterf\u00f6rdertechnik inklusive Cross-Belt-Sorter, eine sich \u00fcber 11.000 m\u00b2 erstreckende B\u00fchne, Fachboden- und Palettenregale sowie verschiedene Handling-Systeme, die die Versandvorbereitung wirksam unterst\u00fctzen. Auch die erforderlichen Beh\u00e4lter steuert SSI Sch\u00e4fer aus einer Hand bei. F\u00fcr die Koordination der Materialflussbewegungen sorgt die Logistiksoftware WAMAS\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Mit der Installation der Intralogistikkomponenten wurde im Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 begonnen. Der Go-Live des Gesamtsystems ist f\u00fcr Anfang 2021 geplant.<\/p>\n
