KG verwendet seit Kurzem ein neues, intelligentes System zum Monitoring von Transporten in der Nacht. Mit dem an die Telematik der Fahrzeuge angeschlossenen Customer Control Center kann das schw\u00e4bische Transportunternehmen die Genauigkeit seiner n\u00e4chtlichen Prozesse optimieren.<\/p>\n<p>(M\u00fchlacker) \u2013 Das Tool erfasst in Echtzeit, wo sich ein Lkw befindet, und kontrolliert automatisch dessen Route und Zeitplan, sodass Mitarbeiter der Nachtschicht nur noch bei Abweichungen aktiv werden m\u00fcssen. Derzeit sind knapp 65 deutsche und rund f\u00fcnf rum\u00e4- nische Fahrten pro Nacht probeweise an die neue L\u00f6sung an- gebunden. Eine Ausweitung dieses neuen Workflows auf die gesamte Craiss-Gruppe ist f\u00fcr 2021 geplant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDas Customer Control Center bringt Ruhe sowie eine h\u00f6here Ge- nauigkeit in unsere n\u00e4chtlichen Prozesse und schafft dadurch noch mehr Vertrauen bei den Kunden\u201c, sagt Torsten Kurfi\u00df, Be- reichsleiter Transport bei der Albert Craiss GmbH &amp; Co. KG. Zwi- schen 22 Uhr und 6 Uhr werden zurzeit ausgew\u00e4hlte Transporte in Deutschland und Rum\u00e4nien mit dem neuen Tracking-Tool \u00fcber- wacht. Versp\u00e4tungen, zum Beispiel aufgrund von Stau oder Pan- nen, werden in einem Ampel-System kategorisiert und k\u00f6nnen auf die Minute genau vorausgesagt sowie an den Kunden weitergege- ben werden. Zudem l\u00e4sst sich mit der Software direkt Kontakt zum Fahrer aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Das bisherige Feedback der Kunden sei \u00e4u\u00dferst positiv ausgefal- len. \u201eMit dem Customer Control Center profitieren die Verlader nicht nur von einer erh\u00f6hten Planungssicherheit, sondern k\u00f6nnen einen erweiterten Versicherungsschutz der Ware in Anspruch neh- men\u201c, sagt Kurfi\u00df.
