Erstmalig in der Unternehmensgeschichte handelt es sich dabei um \u201eGreen Private Placements\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>(Hamburg) \u2013 Die Anleihen sind gem\u00e4\u00df den Kriterien der \u201eClimate Bond Initiative\u201c als nachhaltig zertifiziert, da das Kerngesch\u00e4ft der VTG \u2013 die Vermietung von Eisenbahng\u00fcterwagen und die Organisation von Schieneng\u00fcterverkehren \u2013 im Vergleich zu anderen Verkehrstr\u00e4gern CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen reduziert. Laufzeiten von 12, 15 und 20 Jahren bieten entsprechend langfristige Planungssicherheit. Mit Coupon-Raten von unter 2 Prozent und damit sogar fast attraktiveren Konditionen als vor der Covid-19-Krise konnten zudem die Finanzierungskosten des Unternehmens weiter gesenkt werden. Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s hat die Anleihen mit BBB bewertet, Ausblick \u201estabil\u201c.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Anleihe als Teil Refinanzierung<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die Ausgabe der Anleihen ist Teil eines weitreichenden Prozesses zur Konsolidierung der Fremdkapitalstruktur der VTG, dessen H\u00f6hepunkt der erfolgreiche Abschluss der Refinanzierung in H\u00f6he von 2,9 Milliarden Euro im Mai 2020 darstellte.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dazu Mark Stevenson, Finanzvorstand der VTG AG: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eMit der erfolgreichen Platzierung der Anleihen haben wir die Attraktivit\u00e4t der VTG f\u00fcr Investoren erneut unter Beweis gestellt.
