Die CIM GmbH steuert mit der Software Prolag\u00aeWorld in Zukunft das automatische und manuelle Lager der Gebr\u00fcder Limmert AG, einer der bedeutendsten Elektrogrossh\u00e4ndlern in \u00d6sterreich. Integriert ist auch eine App f\u00fcr das Transportmanagement.<\/p>\n

(F\u00fcrstenfeldbruck\/Salzburg) Das Warehouse-Management-System (WMS) PROLAG\u00aeWorld wird zuk\u00fcnftig das automatische und manuelle Lager sowie das Transportmanagement der Gebr\u00fcder Limmert AG steuern. Das Unternehmen z\u00e4hlt zu den bedeutendsten Elektrogro\u00dfh\u00e4ndlern in \u00d6sterreich und damit zu den Big Playern in einem sich st\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndernden Markt. An das neue WMS stellt Limmert daher hohe Anspr\u00fcche in puncto Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit, Flexibilit\u00e4t, Dynamik und Zukunftssicherheit.<\/p>\n

\u201eWir sind Teil eines technologischen Marktes, der flexible und dynamische Reaktionen erfordert\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Alexander Stabauer, Projektleiter der Gebr\u00fcder Limmert AG. Mit PROLAG\u00aeWorld f\u00fchle man sich bestens f\u00fcr diese Herausforderungen ger\u00fcstet. Auf rund 14.200 m\u00b2 Gesamtfl\u00e4che wird das modular aufgebaute WMS der CIM GmbH \u00fcber 25.000 Artikel verwalten. Dabei managt es das manuelle Lager, eine F\u00f6rdertechnik, das Transport- und Routenmanagement sowie zuk\u00fcnftig ein AutoStore\u00ae-Lager.<\/p>\n

Integriertes Dashboard
\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Funktionen wie das integrierte Dashboard und das Business-Intelligence-Tool sorgen f\u00fcr Transparenz im Lager und erm\u00f6glichen es, schnell und flexibel auf ver\u00e4nderte Kennzahlen im Lager zu reagieren. Das Kommissionierleitsystem PROLAG\u00aeGo steuert die automatischen und manuellen Lagerprozesse und sorgt f\u00fcr optimale Lauf- bzw. Fahrwege. So k\u00f6nnen Auftr\u00e4ge schneller und effizienter abgearbeitet werden.<\/p>\n

Mit dem selbstentwickelten und in das WMS integrierten Schnittstellentool PROLAG\u00aeWorld Konverter wird das Lagerverwaltungssystem sicher in die bestehende IT-Landschaft integriert. Schnittstellen wird es zum ERP-System SHCware\u00ae, zum Dokumentenmanagementsystem DocuWare, zur F\u00f6rdertechnik sowie zum automatischen Kleinteilelager AutoStore\u00ae geben.<\/p>\n

Mit einer Transportmanagement-App sorgt die CIM GmbH nicht nur f\u00fcr eine dynamisch optimierte Lagerverwaltung, sondern auch f\u00fcr eine effiziente Tourenplanung und -verwaltung. Die App gibt dabei auch die richtige Verladereihenfolge f\u00fcr die geplante Route vor. Zudem erleichtert Sie Lieferant und Empf\u00e4nger die Lieferung mit Funktionen wie der beleglosen Zustellbest\u00e4tigung oder der Fotodokumentation.<\/p>\n
