Damit hat Hellmann freie Bahn, um die Standorte in neun osteurop\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern auszubauen.<\/p>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck) Der international t\u00e4tige Fullservice-Dienstleister Hellmann Worldwide Logistics hat einen Kaufvertrag zur \u00dcbernahme aller Anteile an der Hellmann East Europe GmbH &amp; Co. KG (HEE) unterzeichnet. Durch den Kauf der Anteile in H\u00f6he von 49 Prozent, die von den Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern Patrick Nathe und Michael Mihm gehalten wurden, wird Hellmann alleiniger Anteilseigner an der HEE. Damit schafft Hellmann die Voraussetzungen, um das operative Gesch\u00e4ft in den neun osteurop\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern, in denen die HEE \u00fcber eigene Standorte verf\u00fcgt, nachhaltig \u00fcber alle Produktbereiche hinweg auszubauen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDer osteurop\u00e4ische Markt ist f\u00fcr uns von gro\u00dfer strategischer Bedeutung und wir freuen uns, dass wir durch den Erwerb aller Anteile an der HEE den Ausbau unserer Marktposition gemeinsam mit Patrick Nathe als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und seinem Team weiter vorantreiben k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so Reiner Heiken, Chief Executive Officer, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
