Die Kion Group AG verankert k\u00fcnftig alle operativen Gesch\u00e4fte direkt im Vorstand. Henry Puhl wird zum 1. Juli 2021 als k\u00fcnftiger CTO und Nachfolger von Eike B\u00f6hm bestellt. Hasan Dandashly verantwortet im Vorstand das Segment Supply Chain Solutions (SCS). Die organisatorische Basis f\u00fcr profitables Wachstum wird dadurch deutlich gest\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n

(Frankfurt am Main) Im Vorstand der Kion GROUP AG sind k\u00fcnftig alle operativen Gesch\u00e4fte direkt vertreten. Der Aufsichtsrat des Konzerns hat zum Jahresbeginn Hasan Dandashly (61) und Andreas Krinninger (53) zu zus\u00e4tzlichen Mitgliedern des Vorstands des Konzerns bestellt.<\/p>\n

Hasan Dandashly verantwortet im Vorstand das Segment Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), das das weltweite Gesch\u00e4ft von Dematic umfasst. Er ist bereits seit 2018 President & CEO der Kion Tochtergesellschaft Dematic.<\/p>\n

Vorstand EMEA ITS<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Andreas Krinninger \u00fcbernimmt im Vorstand die Verantwortung f\u00fcr das EMEA-Gesch\u00e4ft des Segments Industrial Trucks and Services (ITS). Es umfasst die operativen Gesch\u00e4fte der Kion Marken Linde Material Handling, STILL und Baoli in der Region EMEA. Andreas Krinninger ist seit 2016 President & CEO Linde Material Handling EMEA und war davor u.a. Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Finanzen sowie Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Operations von Linde Material Handling.<\/p>\n

Ching Pong Quek bleibt im Vorstand der Kion Group f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ft des Segments Industrial Trucks and Services (ITS) in den Regionen APAC und Americas verantwortlich. Anke Groth ist unver\u00e4ndert CFO und Arbeitsdirektorin. Den Vorsitz hat weiterhin Gordon Riske.<\/p>\n

Direkte Verantwortung<\/strong><\/h5>\n

„Die durchg\u00e4ngige Verankerung der direkten Verantwortung f\u00fcr die operativen Gesch\u00e4fte im Vorstand ist eine starke organisatorische Basis f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftiges globales Wachstum der Kion Group“, sagt Michael Macht, Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats. „Die Erweiterung des Vorstands tr\u00e4gt der rasch zunehmenden Bedeutung unseres wachstumsstarken Segments Supply Chain Solutions Rechnung. Gleichzeitig schaffen wir die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine noch pr\u00e4gnantere Positionierung unserer ITS-Marken Linde Material Handling, STILL und Baoli in den M\u00e4rkten der Region EMEA.“<\/p>\n

Der Aufsichtsrat der Kion Group hat zudem mit einer weiteren Entscheidung langfristige Kontinuit\u00e4t im Vorstandsressort des CTO sichergestellt: Henry Puhl (50), seit 2016 President & CEO STILL EMEA, wurde zum 1. Juli 2021 zum Mitglied des Vorstands und Nachfolger von Prof. Dr. Eike B\u00f6hm bestellt. Eike B\u00f6hm tritt zum
\n30. Juni 2021 in den Ruhestand; er hat das CTO-Ressort in seiner sechsj\u00e4hrigen T\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr den Konzern sehr erfolgreich aufgebaut und wesentlich zur starken technologischen Position des Konzerns beigetragen.<\/p>\n

Global aufgestellter Konzern<\/strong><\/h5>\n

„Wir sind 2006 mit mittelst\u00e4ndischen Strukturen und einem Umsatz von drei Milliarden Euro gestartet. Heute ist die Kion Group ein global aufgestellter Konzern, der mit einem breiten Produkt- und Leistungsportfolio in mehr als 100 L\u00e4ndern aktiv ist und im Jahr 2019 einen Umsatz von fast neun Milliarden Euro erwirtschaftet hat - fast drei Mal so viel wie zu Beginn vor 14 Jahren“, sagt Gordon Riske, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Kion GROUP AG. „Wir sind \u00fcber unsere bisherige Struktur hinausgewachsen.<\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig waren unsere Chancen noch nie so vielf\u00e4ltig wie heute“, erkl\u00e4rt Riske mit Verweis auf die aktuelle Marktdynamik und den rasanten technologischen Fortschritt, der die Intralogistik-Branche deutlich ver\u00e4ndere. „Dieser positiven Entwicklung wollen wir Rechnung tragen. Mit der direkten Verankerung der Operating Units im Vorstand nutzen wir unsere technologischen F\u00e4higkeiten und Ressourcen sowie unsere weltweiten Vertriebs- und Serviceeinheiten k\u00fcnftig noch effizienter. Ziel unserer Strategie „Kion 2027′ ist es, unsere starke Position im Wettbewerb weiter auszubauen“, erl\u00e4utert der Vorstandsvorsitzende. „Daf\u00fcr hat der Aufsichtsrat wichtige Voraussetzungen geschaffen.“<\/p>\n
