Seit Oktober werden drei Hotlines f\u00fcr die Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe BVG, den gr\u00f6\u00dften kommunalen Verkehrsbetrieb Deutschlands, betreut.<\/p>\n<p>(Bamberg\/Berlin) F\u00fcr die Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe k\u00fcmmert sich Rhenus :people! seit Anfang Oktober neben der Hotline zur Fahrplanauskunft auch um die telefonische Betreuung der Fundb\u00fcro-Auskunft sowie einer speziellen Sicherheitshotline. Pro Jahr werden k\u00fcnftig rund 175.000 Anrufe beantwortet. Die Mitarbeiter von Rhenus :people! geben zudem Informationen zur Nutzung der BVG-Apps. Die Sicherheitshotline dient als Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Anrufer, die Auff\u00e4lligkeiten wie Graffiti melden wollen, sowie f\u00fcr Notf\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Entlastung der BVG-Mitarbeiter<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eDank der Unterst\u00fctzung von Rhenus :people! k\u00f6nnen sich unsere Mitarbeiter nun noch intensiver um den sicheren und umweltfreundlichen Fahrgasttransport in der Hauptstadt k\u00fcmmern. Die Betreuung der Hotlines ist ein wichtiges Element im t\u00e4glichen Kundenkontakt, womit wir bewusst einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen Partner beauftragt haben\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Frank B\u00fcch, Abteilungsleiter Marketing bei der BVG.<\/p>\n<p>Die BVG stellt mit ihren 14.600 Mitarbeitern sicher, dass hunderttausende Berliner, Besucher und Touristen zur Arbeit, nach Hause und durch die Stadt kommen und absolviert t\u00e4glich 2,9 Millionen Fahrten.
