Hellmann baut damit seine bereits gute Marktposition in Ostdeutschland weiter aus.<\/p>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Der weltweit agierende Full-Service-Dienstleister Hellmann Worldwide Logistics hat r\u00fcckwirkend zum 01. Januar 2021 alle Anteile an dem Joint Venture Rhenus &amp; Hellmann GmbH &amp; Co. KG \u00fcbernommen. Mit dem Erwerb der Joint Venture-Anteile der Rhenus Freight Logistics GmbH &amp; Co. KG in H\u00f6he von 50 Prozent ist Hellmann alleiniger Anteilseigner des in Gro\u00dfschirma, Zwickau und Leipzig ans\u00e4ssigen Road- und Kontraktlogistikunternehmens.<\/p>\n<p>Hellmann hat sein Standortnetzwerk in Ostdeutschland in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten kontinuierlich weiter ausbauen k\u00f6nnen und z\u00e4hlt heute zu den f\u00fchrenden Logistikdienstleistern in der Region. Durch die \u00dcbernahme der Joint Venture-Anteile wird die Fl\u00e4chenpr\u00e4senz von Hellmann in den neuen Bundesl\u00e4ndern nachhaltig gest\u00e4rkt und der Marktanteil insbesondere in den Produktbereichen Road und Kontraktlogistik weiter ausgebaut.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Rhenus mit Fokus auf Rhein\/Ruhr, Rhein\/Main und S\u00fcddeutschland<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eGemeinsam mit Hellmann haben wir unser Joint Venture sehr erfolgreich weiterentwickelt. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass der strategische Fokus von Rhenus Road Freight in Deutschland auf den Regionen Rhein\/Ruhr und Rhein\/Main sowie auf den Metropolregionen um M\u00fcnchen, N\u00fcrnberg und Stuttgart liegt, haben wir uns entschieden, unsere Anteile an dem ostdeutschen Joint Venture an Hellmann zu ver\u00e4u\u00dfern\u201c, so Thilo Streck, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Rhenus Freight Logistics GmbH &amp; Co. KG.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOstdeutschland ist f\u00fcr uns traditionell ein sehr wichtiger Markt, in dem wir in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich gewachsen sind und in dem wir unsere Pr\u00e4senz auch weiterhin st\u00e4rken wollen. Hellmann hat mit diversen Standorten in den letzten 30 Jahren sein Netzwerk in Ostdeutschland etabliert. Der Hellmann-Konzern hat 2019 mit 10.743 Mitarbeitern einen Umsatz von rund EUR 2.4 Mrd. erzielt.
