KG und der PVC-Hersteller Vinnolit GmbH &amp; Co. KG setzen ihre langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit fort. Der Kontrakt umfasst die Anlieferung von Steinsalz zu den Produktionsanlagen von Vinnolit in H\u00fcrth-Knapsack. Daf\u00fcr baute RheinCargo im Rheinhafen K\u00f6ln-Godorf ein neues Salzlager und beschaffte 28 Spezialwaggons f\u00fcr Salztransporte. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln\/Neuss) Der Logistik-Dienstleister RheinCargo und der f\u00fchrende europ\u00e4ische PVC-Anbieter Vinnolit haben sich dar\u00fcber verst\u00e4ndigt, ihre langj\u00e4hrig bestehende Partnerschaft weiter auszubauen. Ein neuer langlaufender Vertrag verdeutlicht den beiderseitigen Wunsch nach Kontinuit\u00e4t. Um eine Ausweitung der Zusammenarbeit m\u00f6glich zu machen, baute RheinCargo im Hafen K\u00f6ln-Godorf ein neues Salzlager und erwarb insgesamt 28 Spezialwaggons f\u00fcr Salztransporte.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir unsere langj\u00e4hrige Zusammenarbeit mit Vinnolit weiter fortsetzen werden. Die lange Laufzeit des neuen Vertrages gibt beiden Partnern ein hohes Ma\u00df an Planungssicherheit. Unsere Investitionen in die Waggons und das Salzlager sind daher sehr gut angelegt\u201c, erkl\u00e4ren die beiden RheinCargo-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Wolfgang Birlin und Jan S\u00f6nke Eckel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Anf\u00fchrung von Steinsalz in die Produktionsanlagen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Der Vertrag umfasst den Transport von Steinsalz zu den Vinnolit-Produktionsanlagen in H\u00fcrth-Knapsack. Zudem transportiert RheinCargo f\u00fcr Vinnolit Natronlauge per Eisenbahn. Um gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mengen umschlagen und transportieren zu k\u00f6nnen, hat RheinCargo auf dem Hafengel\u00e4nde in Godorf eigens ein Salzlager gebaut und in Betrieb genommen. \u201eDurch den Bau des speziellen Trockenlagers konnten wir den Anforderungen der Zwischenlagerung von Steinsalz entsprechen und somit die Versorgungssicherheit unseres Kunden in Zusammen-hang mit einem nachhaltigen Transportkonzept erh\u00f6hen\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Lukas Klippel, Vertriebsleiter Hafenlogistik der RheinCargo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8653\" style=\"width: 775px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8653\" class=\"wp-image-8653 \" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Rheincargo_22.1.21_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"490\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8653\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Einer von 28 neuen Salz-Bahnwaggons von Rheincargo f\u00fcr Vinnolit<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Im Dezember wurden zudem 28 neue Spezialwaggons ausgeliefert. Dank dieser Investitionen ist es nun m\u00f6glich, das Umschlag- und Transportvolumen von Steinsalz \u00fcber den Hafen K\u00f6ln-Godorf weiter zu erh\u00f6hen und \u00fcber die G\u00fcterbahn abzuwickeln. Hierdurch k\u00f6nnen LKW-Fahrten vermieden werden, was zu einer erheblichen Reduzierung des CO2-Aussto\u00dfes und damit zu einer nachhaltigen Schonung der Umwelt f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>10 Tonnen mehr Lastgewicht pro Waggon<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In enger Abstimmung von RheinCargo und Vinnolit wurden die Waggons entwickelt, die speziell f\u00fcr die Salzverkehre ausger\u00fcstet sind. Gebaut und geliefert wurden die schwarz-lackierten Modelle vom Hersteller On Rail, der Spezialwagen nach besonderen Kundenanforderungen anfertigt. Wichtigste Innovation ist dabei ein neuartiges Drehgestell, das \u00fcber eine Federung aus Gummi verf\u00fcgt und somit nicht rosten kann. Die Konstruktion arbeitet extrem leise, wodurch die versch\u00e4rften L\u00e4rmschutzgrenzwerte f\u00fcr neue G\u00fcterwagen deutlich unterschritten werden.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen\u00fcber den bisherigen Wagen weisen die neuen Modelle eine um rund 10 Tonnen<br \/>\nh\u00f6here Lastgrenze auf.
