Das Projekt dient der Last-Mile-Logistik des Onlineh\u00e4ndlers. Die Immobilie umfasst rund 6.400 m2. Die Erdarbeiten starteten bereits Anfang Januar 2021 und die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr Herbst 2021 geplant.<\/p>\n<p>(Teuschenthal) Scannell Properties, die amerikanische Immobilienentwicklungs- und Investmentgesellschaft mit Niederlassungen in Europa, die auf gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Industrie- und Logistikprojekte spezialisiert ist, entwickelt f\u00fcr den Onlineversandh\u00e4ndler Amazon in Sachsen-Anhalt eine Logistikimmobilie.<\/p>\n<p>Das Logistikzentrum f\u00fcr die Paketzustellung auf der letzten Meile entsteht in Teutschenthal bei Halle (Saale). Es handelt sich dabei um eine Build-to-suit-Entwicklung mit ca. 4.600 qm Hallenfl\u00e4che sowie 1.900 qm B\u00fcro- und Sozialfl\u00e4che. Das Grundst\u00fcck befindet sich im Gewerbepark der Gemeinde Teutschenthal, rund 15 Autominuten von der Gro\u00dfstadt Halle (Saale) entfernt.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Bauarbeiten beginnen Mitte Februar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Bereits Anfang Januar 2021 wurde mit den Erdarbeiten begonnen, sodass ab Mitte Februar die Bauarbeiten nahtlos anschlie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme sind f\u00fcr Herbst 2021 geplant.<\/p>\n<p>Besonderen Wert legt der Immobilienentwickler bei der Ausf\u00fchrung auf eine flexible Ausstattung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus umfasst das Bauvorhaben umfangreiche Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr einen m\u00f6glichst umweltvertr\u00e4glichen und emissionsarmen Betrieb der Immobilie. Scannell Properties strebt das Gold-Zertifikat der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) an, das Dach der Anlage erh\u00e4lt zudem eine Photovoltaikanlage.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Viegers, Vizepr\u00e4sident von Amazon Logistics in Deutschland, kommentiert die Entwicklung so: \u201eWir freuen uns sehr, ein Verteilzentrum in Teutschenthal zu er\u00f6ffnen, in dem mehr als 20 Jahre logistische Kompetenz, technologischer Fortschritt und Investitionen in die Transportinfrastruktur stecken. So profitieren Amazon Kund:innen von schnelleren und flexibleren Lieferoptionen\u201c.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Auch die Politik freut sich<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Erfreut \u00fcber die Ansiedlung des Onlineversandh\u00e4ndlers zeigt sich insbesondere der B\u00fcrgermeister, Tilo Eigendorf: \u201eEs ist f\u00fcr unseren Standort und die Region ein bedeutendes Signal, dass sich ein Unternehmen wie Amazon hier ansiedelt.
