Die Automatisierung reduziert Durchlaufzeiten und beschleunigt die Auslieferungen.<\/p>\n<p>(Marchtrenk) In Norrk\u00f6ping errichtet TGW bis M\u00e4rz 2022 ein hochautomatisiertes Fulfillment Center f\u00fcr den schwedischen Gastronomie-Gro\u00dfh\u00e4ndler Martin &amp; Servera. Das Unternehmen b\u00fcndelt seine Logistik an einem zentralen Standort und legt mit der neuen Automatisierungsl\u00f6sung die Basis f\u00fcr das geplante Wachstum der kommenden Jahre.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Tausende Lieferungen t\u00e4glich<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Martin &amp; Servera ist Schwedens f\u00fchrender Gastronomie-Spezialist. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Stockholm beliefert t\u00e4glich Tausende Restaurants, Bars und Kantinen mit einem breiten Sortiment an Lebensmitteln, Getr\u00e4nken und Non-Food-Artikeln. Aktuell betreibt der Gro\u00dfh\u00e4ndler vier Distributionszentren. Mit dem neuen Fulfillment Center kann die Logistik f\u00fcr Langsamdreher-Artikel an einem zentralen Standort geb\u00fcndelt werden: Das erm\u00f6glicht eine deutliche Service-Verbesserungen bei zugleich niedrigeren Kosten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEs handelt sich um unsere erste Investition dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung in Automatisierung. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit TGW in diesem f\u00fcr uns strategisch wichtigen Projekt\u201c, betont Magnus Schultz, Head of Development bei Martin &amp; Servera Logistik.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Shuttle mit zwei Temperaturzonen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die TGW-L\u00f6sung umfasst ein Shuttle-System mit mehr als 35.000 Stellpl\u00e4tzen in zwei Temperaturzonen (Normal- bzw. K\u00fchltemperatur). Um die vorhandene Fl\u00e4che optimal zu nutzen, setzt man auf eine dreifach-tiefe Lagerung der Beh\u00e4lter. Ein Automatisches Kleinteilelager (AKL) mit 11.000 Stellpl\u00e4tzen und Mustang E+ Regalbedienger\u00e4ten dient zur Nachschubversorgung.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Unternehmen ist gro\u00dfartig. Die gemeinsam erarbeitete L\u00f6sung wird Martin &amp; Servera bei seinem erfolgreichen Wachstumskurs unterst\u00fctzen\u201c, betont Christian Brink, Sales Project Manager bei TGW Skandinavien.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Lifetime Services im t\u00e4glichen Betrieb<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die Kundenbestellungen werden an vier Hochleistungs-Kommissionier-Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen bearbeitet, die an das Shuttle angebunden sind. Die Auftragsbeh\u00e4lter mit der gek\u00fchlten Ware werden im letzten Schritt in einem Commissioner-Hubbalkensystem gepuffert, bevor die Bestellungen konsolidiert werden und anschlie\u00dfend in den Versand gelangen.<\/p>\n<p>Teil des Projekts ist dar\u00fcber hinaus auch ein Service- und Wartungsvertrag, der Onsite-Support durch TGW-Spezialisten umfasst.
