Andr\u00e9 Wehner wird Chief Information Officer (CIO) bei MAN Truck & Bus. In dieser Funktion verantwortet er ab 1. Juni 2021 die weltweite IT von MAN Truck & Bus, zu der auch die Produktionswerke, die Logistik-Center und die eigenen Landesvertriebsgesellschaften als Anwendergruppen geh\u00f6ren. Wehner ersetzt Dr. Stephan Fingerling.<\/p>\n

(M\u00fcnchen) Zum 1. Juni 2021 \u00fcbernimmt Andr\u00e9 Wehner die Position des Chief Information Officer bei MAN Truck & Bus. Bei der Transformation von MAN hat die Digitalisierung eine besondere Bedeutung, denn der Transportbranche er\u00f6ffnen sich mit ihr v\u00f6llig neue Chancen und Herausforderungen. Der Megatrend Digitalisierung ist der Game Changer f\u00fcr neue Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle und Services. Auf der anderen Seite tr\u00e4gt die Digitalisierung zur Optimierung der internen Prozesse bei.<\/p>\n

\u201eIch freue mich sehr, mit Andr\u00e9 Wehner einen sehr erfahrenen Manager f\u00fcr diese Position gewonnen zu haben, mit dem wir die IT ganz im Sinne der NewMAN Strategie weiterentwickeln werden\u201c, so Christian Schenk, Vorstand f\u00fcr Finanz, IT & Recht bei MAN Truck & Bus.<\/p>\n

Bisher bei \u0160KODA <\/strong><\/h5>\n

Vor seinem Wechsel zu MAN leitete Andr\u00e9 Wehner in den vergangenen f\u00fcnf Jahren den Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung und Digitalisierung bei \u0160KODA AUTO und war davor \u00fcber drei Jahre Chief Information Officer beim tschechischen Autohersteller. Unter seiner Leitung hat das Unternehmen wesentliche Schritte in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Mobilit\u00e4tsdienste, Konnektivit\u00e4t und Innovationsmanagement unternommen.<\/p>\n

Bei MAN folgt Andr\u00e9 Wehner auf Dr. Stephan Fingerling, der als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer zur Volkswagen Group IT Services GmbH wechselt. \u201eIch danke Stephan Fingerling f\u00fcr seinen gro\u00dfen Einsatz, mit dem er die IT von MAN ma\u00dfgeblich f\u00fcr die Zukunft ausgerichtet hat\u201c, res\u00fcmiert Christian Schenk, \u201eF\u00fcr die neue Aufgabe w\u00fcnsche ich ihm ebenso viel Erfolg.\u201c<\/p>\n
