Der Entwickler und Eigent\u00fcmer von Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien plant, das Areal mit einem ca. 75.000 qm gro\u00dfen nachhaltigen und multifunktionalen Gewerbe- und Logistikpark zu revitalisieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lage des k\u00fcnftigen Gewerbe- und Logistikparks besticht durch hervorragende Anbindung in die umliegenden Regionen. Der D\u00fcsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof ist nur 8 km entfernt und die 2,5 km nahe A46 bietet sowohl eine hervorragende Ost-West-Verbindung als auch die Anbindung an die Bundesautobahnen A3 und A57. Um den Anteil von Bauschutt zu minimieren, werden alle wiederverwertbaren Materialien am Standort sortiert und recycelt.
