Die beiden Unternehmen Vollert Anlagenbau und K\u00f6rber haben vor kurzem das Vergabeverfahren f\u00fcr sich entschieden und werden k\u00fcnftig die Modernisierung der Mechanik, Steuerung und IT des Hochregallagers durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>(Frankfurt\/Main) \u201eDie Modernisierung des RFS-Stackers ist ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil des umfangreichen Infrastrukturprogramms f\u00fcr das Logistikzentrum am Standort Frankfurt\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Harald Gloy, Lufthansa Cargo Vorstand Operations und Personal. \u201eUnsere Kunden im Bereich Road Feeder Services profitieren k\u00fcnftig von k\u00fcrzeren Umschlagszeiten und einer effizienteren Abfertigung von Transporten per LKW. Mithilfe eines modernen IT-Umfelds stellen wir die Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit des Hochregallagers in Bezug auf kommende technologische Entwicklungen sicher.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir freuen uns sehr, dass wir bei diesem wichtigen und anspruchsvollen Infrastrukturprojekt der Lufthansa Cargo mitwirken werden\u201c, sagt Hans-J\u00f6rg Vollert, CEO von Vollert Anlagenbau, und erg\u00e4nzt: \u201eWir bringen unsere gesamte Erfahrung von fast 100 Jahren bei Intralogistikkonzepten im Schwerlastbereich mit ein.\u201c<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Massgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dirk Hejnal, CEO K\u00f6rber-Gesch\u00e4ftsfeld Supply Chain, betont: \u201eK\u00f6rbers weitreichende Expertise in der Supply Chain Technologie, in diesem Fall in den Bereichen Retrofit, Automatisierung und Software, erlaubt es uns, Lufthansa Cargo f\u00fcr dieses Projekt eine ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung zu liefern. Damit kann sie den hohen Anspr\u00fcchen von heute und morgen gerecht werden und einen besseren Kundenservice liefern.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Lufthansa Cargo wird das Logistikzentrum an ihrem Heimatdrehkreuz Frankfurt im Zuge ihres Infrastrukturprogramms \u201eLCCevolution\u201c modular weiterentwickeln und erneuern. Parallel erfolgen derzeit neben dem Neubau des Kunstlagers mehrere vorbereitende Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr den Neubau des zentralen Hochregallagers im Lufthansa Cargo Center. Die Umbauma\u00dfnahmen in den Bereichen Mechanik, Steuerung und IT-Systeme des rund 20 Jahren alten RFS-Hochregallagers starten im zweiten Quartal 2022. Zwei Regalbedienger\u00e4te werden durch neue Technologie ersetzt.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Abschluss der Arbeiten im Sommer 2023<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Die Moving Truck Docks, die f\u00fcr die Be- und Entladung der LKWs mit ULDs notwendig sind, werden ebenfalls modernisiert. Der Abschluss der Umbauarbeiten des RFS-Stackers ist f\u00fcr Anfang Sommer 2023 avisiert.
