Der Verk\u00e4ufer und Hauptmieter ist die SWARCO Dambach GmbH. Das Grundst\u00fcck liegt im Gewerbegebiet von Gaggenau in der Adolf Dambach-Stra\u00dfe und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Gesamtfl\u00e4che von ca. 80.000 qm. Die Immobilie umfasst mehrere Produktions-, Logistik- und B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, die \u00fcber eine Gesamtmietfl\u00e4che von ca. 36.698 qm verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Die Gewerbeimmobilie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine sowohl f\u00fcr den Transport als auch f\u00fcr den Personennahverkehr g\u00fcnstige Anbindung.
