Gr\u00fcnder Achim Quaken bleibt CEO von eFrexx. <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Ratingen\/D\u00fcsseldorf) Neben der Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Finanzen \u00fcbernimmt der 54-J\u00e4hrige Guido Meyer zudem die Aufgabe, die Internationalisierung des Softwareunternehmens vorantreiben.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir haben uns in den vergangenen Jahren dynamisch entwickelt und sind dem Status eines Start-ups l\u00e4ngst entwachsen. Auch mit Blick auf die Internationalisierung von eFrexx gilt es nun, die Strukturen dem anzupassen und damit die Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, unser solides Wachstum fortzuf\u00fchren\u201c, sagt eFrexx-Gr\u00fcnder und CEO Achim Quaken. Die Kompetenzen zwischen den Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern sind dabei klar verteilt: Quaken bleibt CEO und als solcher f\u00fcr die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens verantwortlich. Meyer zeichnet fortan f\u00fcr die Finanzen verantwortlich. Zudem f\u00e4llt ihm die Aufgabe zu, die Internationalisierung des Unternehmens voranzutreiben.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mehr als 20 Jahre F\u00fchrungserfahrung in IT-Branche<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eMit Guido Meyer haben wir einen anerkannten Branchenexperten gewonnen. Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass er einen gro\u00dfen Beitrag f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens leisten wird\u201c, sagt Quaken. Der studierte Diplom-Betriebswirt kommt mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung in verschiedenen Positionen der deutschen IT- und Dienstleistungsbranche zu dem D\u00fcsseldorfer Software-Spezialisten. Nachdem er zuvor als Corporate Finance und Controlling Director in der internationalen Hotelindustrie t\u00e4tig war, wechselte Meyer 2006 in das Joint Venture SITA Airport IT GmbH in D\u00fcsseldorf, einem IT-Dienstleister mit Fokus auf die Air Transport Industry. Dort trug er ma\u00dfgeblich zu der erfolgreichen Entwicklung des jungen Unternehmens bei. Als gesamtverantwortlicher Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer f\u00fchrte er zuletzt \u00fcber acht Jahre die Bereiche IT-Operations, Finanzen, Business Support und Large Deals.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Immenses Potential<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Meyer blickt mit Spannung auf seine neue Aufgabe: \u201eIn eFrexx steckt immenses Potenzial, was die Entwicklung innovativer Transportl\u00f6sungen und deren internationale Vermarktung betrifft.\u201c eFrexx bietet mit der gleichnamigen Cloud-Plattform eine individualisierbare Software-as-a-Service-L\u00f6sung, die speziell auf Versender und Shipper zugeschnitten ist.
