Driving growth in air and ocean freight
Global logistics provider DP World has appointed Philip Blumenthal as senior director of ocean freight and Peter Dyeremose as senior director of airfreight.
Blumenthal’s previous position was chief transformation officer at ECU Worldwide, where he developed a digital sales model and implemented a platform sales strategy that enhanced service offerings. His efforts were instrumental in building the Freightos Marketplace and the Ocean Freight Index (FBX).
Dyeremose joins DP World from Mainfreight, where he oversaw airfreight operations and managed global agent partnerships throughout the Americas. Dyeremose has over 25 years of experience in the logistics and airfreight sector, including time with DSV US HQ and K+N. (cj)
