A promotion for Michael Castagnetto
C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a global provider of logistics solutions, services, and technology, has promoted Michael Castagnetto to president of North American Surface Transportation (“Nast”), effective immediately. He succeeds Mac Pinkerton, who is assuming another role within the company.
Castagnetto joined C.H. Robinson in 2005 and has held several leadership roles in the company, most recently as vice president, customer success for Nast, and prior to that, as president of Robinson Fresh.
Castagnetto now rejoins the senior leadership team, reporting to president and chief executive officer Dave Bozeman. C.H. Robinson has USD 22 billion in freight under management and organises 19 million shipments per year. (cj)
