ZIM replaces chairman of the board of directors
ZIM Integrated Shipping Services has appointed Yair Seroussi as chairman of the board of directors. His nomination was approved in a shareholders meeting. He succeeds Aharon Fogel, who is stepping down from his role, after more than six years in office.
Seroussi gained his business experience in various positions in both the public and the private sectors, for example as chairman of Bank Hapoalim in Israel, as head of Morgan Stanley Israel and, most recently, as chairman of Enlight Renewable Energy.
ZIM is a company active in the shipping industry, and provides operational and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. It was founded in Israel in 1945, and is celebrating its 75 anniversary this year. (amh)
