XPO expands in Las Vegas
The LTL specialist has opened a major freight transport centre in Las Vegas, NV/USA. The new site is XPO’s second in the city and will enable faster service and more efficient routing of freight in the Southwest and Rockies in the USA.
With 36,000 sqm, the hub is one of the largest trucking facilities in Nevada, the company said. The shipping service includes personalised support, five days of complimentary storage for shipments and the backing of the company’s seamless coast-to-coast network.
XPO, headquartered in Connecticut, USA, moves 8.16 billion t of freight per year, operates 610 locations and has 39,000 employees in North America and Europe. (ben)
