Wordwide GSSA network goes Down Under
40 years after it was founded in Australia, the GSSA Wexco has joined ECS Group. Through this acquisition, ECS Group is developing its presence all around the world. Grown into the New Zealand market in 2003, Wexco enjoys an excellent reputation in the Pacific region - a crucial factor in ECS Group’s decision to acquire the GSSA.
For Wexco, one of the key factors is ECS Group’s ability to innovate. Bertrand Schmoll, chairman of ECS Group: "We were not previously represented in either country and our strategy involves expanding our footprint in the Asia-Pacific region."
