Woodland's largest US facility
The Woodland Group’s New Jersey hub has been awarded the status of a 'customs container freight station' (CFS). Becoming a CFS will support Woodland’s US business.
The New Jersey facility has been 'customs CFS' approved after the same status was awarded to Woodland’s Chicago site. Both hubs have expanded their services to include import air and ocean freight handling. As before, they also offer air cargo screening, transfer services and storage solutions.
The 70’000 sqft site is close to New York’s airports and ocean terminals and Woodland's largest US facility. New services at the site include customs compliance consultancy and risk assessment. On top of its CFS services the site offers a wide range of other services, including export consolidation, cross-docking and transloading options, and heavy and oversized cargo solutions. (mk)
