Waberer's lowers average truck age

The group has replaced a significant proportion of its trucks in recent years. In 2020, it set itself a target to upgrade its fleet, reduce the average age of the trucks to 2 – 2.5 years, and make its transport services more efficient and more eco-friendly.

Waberer’s has now reached its target, having reduced the average age of its tractors in its Hungary-based international transportation segment (ITS) to 2.3 years.

The average age of the vehicles deployed in the entire international segment (including the Polish subsidiary, Link) has also significantly decreased to 2.1 years, while the average age of the vehicles in the regional contract logistics (RCL) segment (tractors, trucks, vans) has fallen to 2.5 years.
