UTC Overseas appoints Jo Ann Zelaya
UTC Overseas, a global freight forwarder and transportation provider headquartered in Houston, Texas, has elected Jo Ann Zelaya as its new director of the rail, rigging and heavy haul team. Her credentials come from a 21-year career working for private stevedores, steamship lines, NVOCCs, 3PLs and over-dimensional rail providers.
“I am truly looking forward to my new responsibilities. Designing unique solutions to new and challenging projects has always piqued my interest, and I know I will have that opportunity with UTC Overseas,” says Zelaya.
