Unsinn takes over HRB Heinemann

With retroactive effect from 1 January 2020, Unsinn Fahrzeugtechnik from Holzheim (Bavaria, Germany) takes over the majority share of HRB Heinemann, which is headquartered in Nassenwil (Canton Zurich, Switzerland).

With this acquisition, Unsinn, a medium-sized company known for its trailers and rolling systems, enhances its position in the Swiss market. As exclusive importer of the Unsinn brand, HRB operates its own trailer centre with a full range of products.

On 1 January 2020 Ralf Dreithaler took over the management of HRB Heinemann, while Oskar Burch remains managing director and shareholder. Paul Burch retains his position on the administrative board and hands over the office of vice president to Rosa Unsinn, managing director of Unsinn Fahrzeugtechnik.

“With the merger of our companies we have found the perfect way to ensure HRB’s continuing growth and make it fit for a successful future. I am convinced that both managing directors will master this challenge with great success,” Paul Burch said. (mw)
