Unipart contracted by healthcare specialist
In UK, healthcare company Prenetics Share has contracted Unipart Logistics to deliver Covid-19 test kit fulfilment services. The forwarder will assemble and pick the test kits including PCR, lateral flow and LAMP tests from its new operation at its Oxford distribution centre.
Prenetics provides preventative healthcare solutions through point-of-care testing, including at home DNA and blood testing kits. The company moved into Covid-19 testing in 2020. Unipart stated that it will ensure the compliance and temperature-control requirements for the Covid test kit supply chain. (sh)
