Transport activities transferred
In the Netherlands, Synerlogic has transferred its transport activities to Melis Logistics, effective 1 October 2022.
Synerlogic has been managing chemical distribution and return of empty packaging as part of the supply chain for its customers for decades. Melis Logistics is a longstanding logistic partner. The companies have now decided to expand this partnership.
Under the agreement, Melis Logistics will take care of all Synerlogic’s transport flows, from planning, through loading to delivery. This means that Synergia’s customers will continue to receive the same level of logistics services, the two companies said. Synerlogic’s ADR and CLP certified drivers will be employed by Melis Logistics. (ben)
