Transitions and performance at Daseke
At the end of last year Christopher Easter, the CEO of Daseke, a transport and logistics company based in Addison TX (USA), retired as CEO and as a board member, on account of family-related obligations.
Jonathan Shepko, one of Daseke’s directors and a co-founder and managing partner of Stonehollow Capital Partners, has been named interim CEO. The board has launched the search to find a successor.
Chairman Brian Bonner said how grateful he was for Easter’s “leadership of and contributions to Daseke, helping to reset our operational strategy and build a solid team.”
At the same time, Daseke published its performance update, which shows a good business performance in Q4, and announced a new cooperation agreement with Lyons Capital. (amh)
