Transfracht: more intermodal hinterland services
With its Albatros Express service, TFG Transfracht offers daily intermodal connections between the Rhine-Main-Neckar region in Germany and the North Sea ports. The company is now expanding these hinterland transports.
From 4 June 2023, the Albatros Express will operate with ten weekly departures between Mannheim (Germany) and the German seaports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven, as well as four weekly departures between Mannheim and the western ports of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Antwerp in Belgium. Services will also include an extra free parking day at Mannheim Ubf for export traffic, Transfracht said. (ben)
