Trailer maker picks operations boss
The supervisory board of Schmitz Cargobull has appointed Michael Grund to the new management board of operations. Grund gained international experience in numerous executive positions in the operations, portfolio management/strategy and business development fields, as well as in program management, engineering, and digitalisation.
Jürgen Kluge, chairman of the German trailer maker’s supervisory board, declared: “Grund’s expertise, managerial skills and affinity for the automotive sector make him the predestined board member for operations.”
Grund most recently worked for the technology company ZF Group TRW Automotive in Dusseldorf (Germany). (mw)
