Torwegge expands to Poland

Continuing its expansion strategy, Torwegge founded a subsidiary in Poland at the beginning of this year. The branch is based in Poznan and operates under the name of Torwegge Polska.

“Poland has become an increasingly important business market for us over the last few years, so this new venture was the next logical step to take,” says Uwe Eschment, Torwegge’s managing director.

Sales managers Arkadiusz Jeran and Łukasz Orłowski will head the Torwegge Polska branch. From now on they will be travelling around Poland to advise customers on optimising their material flows and to sell wheels, carrier rollers, components, conveyor technology or entire intralogistics systems.

In addition to the subsidiary in Poland, Torwegge runs locations in Germany, the Netherlands, Czechia and Slovakia. Overall, the intralogistics specialist employs a staff of roughly 140 people. (mw)
