Three New Silk Route players join forces
Russian Railways Logistics (RZDL), Rail Cargo Hungaria and CER Cargo Holding have signed a letter of intent to establish a joint venture to strengthen transport routes between China and Europe by providing quality logistics services.
The managers expect the new company to start operations in H1/2022. The firm will focus primarily on rail transport of imported Chinese goods, as well as on export shipments to the Far East. The further recovery of traffic may accelerate the development of the Hungarian rail logistics market and the revitalisation of the Zahony transhipment area. (ben)
