
The champions of Eurasian road transport are crowned
Recognising best practice across a range of areas, the International Road Union (IRU) has announced the winners of the “Best Eurasian Road Transport Operator” award.
This year’s champions are: Up to ten vehicles category: Transconsult Brest (Belarus) and Akhmejanova Nuriya Ilyasovna (Kazakhstan); 11 to 50 vehicles category: Liga Trans (Russia) and Ilzat Trans (Kyrgyzstan); more than 50 vehicles category: Trans Logistic (Ukraine).
The jury also awarded special certificates to Transfrigo (Moldova) for maintaining an ecologically-friendly fleet, to Kiselnikov Yuri Anatolyevich (Russia) for growing and renewing their fleet and to D-Trans (Russia) for leading the first inland China TIR transports and helping to promote the TIR system.
