Tell your children how the wind blows
Nantes Saint-Nazaire Développement, the French association Wind Ship, which has helped to advance French wind propulsion projects since 2019, and the International Windship Association (IWSA) have launched a new youth poster design contest with the theme "Wind Ship – The Future”. It encourages young artists to create a poster or a short, animated video that should transport the judges to a future where all commercial ships are powered by the wind.
Twelve winners will be chosen in total in three rounds of judging by a jury of maritime and environmental leaders, a public vote and by IWSA members. They will be announced during a hybrid event at the "Wind for Goods" conference in Saint-Nazaire, on 1-2 June 2023.
The deadline for entries is 12 May 2023. Each participant can submit up to two entries. Digital entries can be submitted to poster(at)wind-ship.org (ah)
