TechBase manager elected to EACN board
Uwe Pfeil, cluster manager at TechBase Regensburg and head of the ‘Mobility and Logistics’ cluster, has been elected to the executive board of the European Automotive Cluster Network (EACN) for 2025–2026.
Founded in 2017, the EACN unites over 30 clusters from 17 countries, representing more than 4,500 companies, research institutions and public authorities. It serves as a key contact for the European Commission on automotive industry issues, particularly for SMEs.
Since 2009, Pfeil has driven innovation at TechBase, leading funding projects and international collaboration. Recognised as the ‘European Cluster Manager of the Year 2020’, he played a key role in earning the cluster ‘Mobility and Logistics’ the ECEI Gold Label in 2022 and 2024. (ah)
