Swiss Post takes over notime
Swiss Port has acquired all shares in Zurich-based notime, having been the company's majority shareholder since 15 March 2018. With this move, Swiss Post strengthens its position in the growing same-day delivery market.
Ordered goods are delivered on the same day by bicycle or electric scooter thanks to optimised route planning. As a Swiss Post subsidiary within the new structure, notime provides food delivery and same-day delivery services. All cyclists and drivers will continue to be employed by notime. (mw)
