Swiss Post secures M&A competence
Hannes Caj is changing fronts. After 13 years as a partner at Zetra International, a Swiss consulting firm for mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, restructuring and debt advisory, the Austrian-born Hannes Caj has joined Swiss Post as head of finance M&A.
He told the ITJ that he intends to stay with Propeller Club Basel and in the region, where he was involved in the management buy-out of Ozean Brokerage & Shipping in Muttenz, among other things. (ah)
