Sweden and Switzerland: new pharma targets
CSafe Global, a US provider of active temperature-controlled container solutions for pharma logistics, has expanded its cold chain service offerings in Europe by opening two new technical service centres - one in Zurich, Switzerland, and one at Stockholm Arlanda airport, Sweden.
The addition of these new service centres will strengthen the existing CSafe service centre network within Europe, ensuring that the organisation is well positioned to serve the higher volume of inbound and outbound traffic of the CSafe RKN and CSafe RAP active temperature-controlled containers in this region.
In other news, Sweden's busiest cargo airport, despite strong losses of volumes in the first ten months of this year (-44.1% to 27,344 t according to ACI Europe), is planning a new logistics area covering 1,000,000 sqm. The sale of building rights will begin already next month. (ah)
