Swedavia seeking logistics partners
In the southwest section of the Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN), "Cargo City", a new centre for air cargo, logistics and manufacturing, is taking shape. Situated 1 km from Sweden’s largest airport (2022 cargo traffic: 97,336 t, +2.2%) and with good connectivity to road networks, Swedavia describes it as "an optimal location for companies that need efficient premises and facilities."
The airport operator is looking for one or more partners that want to work with Swedavia Real Estate to develop land covering a total of about 144,400 sqm and with estimated building rights for a gross building area of about 58,000 sqm.
