Supervisory board now complete
On the recommendation of the supervisory board, the shareholders’ AGM has appointed Nynke Dalstra as Port of Rotterdam Authority supervisory board member effective as of 15 December 2020.
Dalstra brings with her a great deal of experience in finance and business administration. Having previously gained commercial, technical and financial know-how at Akzo Nobel and Nucletron, she was CFO of Royal Haskoning until last year.
Miriam Maes, chair of the Port of Rotterdam Authority supervisory board: "The combination of her financial profile, her technical background and her personality makes Dalstra an ideal addition to our board." With Dalstra's appointment, running until 15 December 2024, the supervisory board has five members again. (amh)
