Stefania Pezzetti joins BRT
Geopost has appointed Stefania Pezzetti as chief executive officer of BRT, an Italian express transport company with a network of over 200 branches and a revenue of EUR 1.88 billion in 2022.
Prior to joining BRT, Pezetti held significant positions in logistics and transport companies both nationally and internationally. She joined TNT in Poland, where she worked in variety of roles before being appointed operations and engineering director in 2013. Pezetti moved to FedEx when it took over TNT in 2016. Her most recent role was VP ground operations Italy, Spain and Portugal for FedEx Express.
In parallel, Pezetti was also a member of Italy’s highest interprofessional bodies in the logistics and transport sectors from 2011 to 2021 (as president of Edit – the Italian Transport Association- and as vice president of Confetra – the Italian General Confederation of Transports and Logistics.
