Stähler opts for EPG
Freight forwarder Spedition Stähler has decided to introduce a warehouse management system for its newly built 5,000 sqm storage facility in Limburg, Germany. Its choice fell on the EPG/LFS software developed by EPG (Ehrhardt + Partner Gruppe).
The new tool enables the logistics services provider to improve stock accuracy and transparency. With LFS, the company digitally processes the entry and issue of goods and ensures a dynamic ordering and allocation of storage spaces in the new, 12 m high warehouse that provides storage racks for 5,000 pallets. The new system will help Stähler to significantly speed up the receipt, storage and dispatch of its goods. (sh)
