Site expansions to celebrate anniversary
Germany-based Grieshaber Logistics Group is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. For the company, which has grown from a small regional family business into a global logistics expert, the anniversary year is all about expansion.
Extensive expansions are planned for the sites in Müllheim and Biebesheim in Germany, Rheinfelden in Switzerland and Hombourg in France.
A particular focus is to be laid on improvements in digitisation and automation, but there are also plans to develop new products for customs consulting and logistics management as well as e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and IT.
As a first highlight of this year, a new 5,000 sqm logistics centre already came on stream in Hombourg on 1 March 2021. (ben)
