Shaka 2 becomes more French
CMA CGM Group will operate two out of nine vessels on the Shaka 2 service, jointly with its partner Maersk. The current rotation will remain the same: Shanghai - Ningbo - Tanjung Pelepas - Port Louis - Durban - Tanjung Pelepas - Hong Kong - Shanghai.
Besides "CMA CGM Don Pascuale", CMA CGM will phase-in the "CMA CGM La Scala" from September onwards. The vessel, with a nominal capacity of 8,500 teu, will start its first voyage in Shanghai on 30 September 2022, ETA Durban is 29 October 2022. (sh)
