Setting up in SoCal
Armlogi announced the lease of a 44,594 sqm site in Ontario, California, earlier this week, where it is looking to bolster its SoCal network.
The hub features enhanced infrastructure in the form of 46 dock high-loading doors, mechanical pit levellers as well as grade-level doors facilitating access for ground-level operations. In addition, there will be 464.5 sqm of office space. With its location in the I-15 freeway corridor as well as its proximity to both the I-10 and 60 freeways, the site offers connectivity to Southern California and thus Armlogi’s extended network.
The logistics provider has opted for a robust structure, making the loading area all-concrete and supporting operations with an 800 Amp, 480/277 volt power supply. “The Ontario warehouse’s strategic location and features are expected to enhance our ability to manage and process large volumes of goods with greater efficiency and reliability,” says Aidy Chou, chairman and CEO of Armlogi.
