Second HKMA Quality Award for Hactl
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) – Hong Kong’s largest independent air cargo handler – has received the highly prestigious Grand Award in the 2022 Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Quality Awards.
The report praised Hactl’s support for local community causes, and employment of people with disabilities and special needs. It also paid tribute to Hactl’s treatment of its staff, leading to long average lengths of service.
The report concluded that Hactl had “made a name for itself” in quality management, describing the company as “an admirable example of quality management”.
