Scannell picks development manager for France
The industrial and logistics investment and development specialist Scannell Properties has appointed Youssef Mansouri as development manager, France. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s development projects in France, from assessing technical feasibility through to completion of the building, as well as arranging and obtaining the necessary permits and monitoring construction.
A qualified engineer, he Mansouri over a decade’s experience in logistics real estate development, most recently as project manager at Télamon, a logistics developer and asset manager, prior to which he was head of construction projects for Lidl France's property department after starting his career at Bouygues.
Mansouri's first major task will be to upgrade and expand the recently bought multimodal platform in Strasbourg. He will also oversee new projects and report directly to Hugues Desbarrières. (cj)
